Description
This skin-fermented white wine is crafted from Viognier, Chenin Blanc, and Roussanne. It is a textured and grippy wine, with vinification involving the grapes staying in contact with the fermenting juice throughout the fermentation process. The wine is then matured in French oak barrels for 14 months.
