Description
This medium-bodied wine features a fragrant boysenberry perfume, red fruit flavors, and a juicy texture. It is a fresh Rhone-style blend of Cinsault, Syrah, and Grenache. The vinification process includes carbonic maceration of whole bunches before alcoholic fermentation, followed by basket pressing. The wine is then matured in 3rd- and 4th-fill French oak barrels for 8 months before bottling.
