Description
This Chenin Blanc is sourced from old vineyards, aged between 25 and 50 years, and grown in the granitic soils of Wellington and Stellenbosch. It exhibits remarkable freshness and elegance, featuring bright yellow fruit and a long, saline finish. The wine is matured on gross lees in old French oak barrels for 6 months before bottling.
