Description
This Syrah from Elgin offers a very pure and honest expression of cool-climate winemaking. It features black fruit flavors complemented by elegant spice and black pepper notes. Medium-bodied with good freshness, structure, and persistence, this wine was fermented with 50% whole bunches in small vessels and matured for 13 months in second-fill French oak barrels.
